Acciones isométricas en el espacio-tiempo de Minkowski

An isometric action on a pseudo-Riemannian manifold is a diffeomorphism of the manifold that preserves its metric tensor. An isometric action is said to be of cohomogeneity one if there exists an orbit of this action that has codimension one. The Minkowski spacetime is a flat Lorentzian manifold that is used to model the Special Theory of Relativity. In this work we present the classification of cohomogeneity one actions on Minkowski spacetimes up to orbit equivalence. We also study the orbits of these actions.
