The main purpose of this project is to describe the 3-dimensional homogeneous spaces through the Ricci operator, or in an equivalent way, through the Ricci curvatures. To do such an analysis, we will introduce the Einstein-like conditions, each of them determined by a tensor associated with the curvature.
